Installing the application
To install the application, log into your account and in the left menu, click on Games . You will be taken to a page where you may not have any more applications. In the search bar, type My Guests and select My Guests (app).
A window will open, click the Launch application button (1) - in the next window, the Enable (2), then step (3) and step (4) .
Now, when you click on Games in the left menu, a window will open where the My Guests . Also, the item My Guests .
If this item is not in the left menu, you need to add it, for this... When you are in the application, in the upper right corner, click Actions - Add to left menu.
VK offline
Now let's look at how to sit in contact not online. This is very convenient, because at this moment you can communicate with those you want and not respond to messages from those who are waiting for you online to annoy you, then be offended that they are not answered, and even blacklisted. And the OFFLINE status protects a lot, especially the “thin world”.
I, like all people, have many times encountered the fact that not responding to someone when you are online is offensive. But at this time I just listen to music, ride on the subway or minibus. And I don't want to communicate at all. Yes, I’m online, but I didn’t go to VK to answer everyone who was waiting for answers. I'm just resting. Or I'm just not comfortable answering at the moment. In short, it was a small lyrical digression about painful issues. Now let's move on to solving the question of how to use VK offline.
The Google Chrome browser has a few extensions for the request “vk offline”. The ones that work are “VKfox” and “VKlife offline”. You can try other extensions as well. Let's take a look at how and where to look for these extensions and how to use them.
First of all, if you work from a computer, you must have the Google Chrome browser. To find extensions, you need to click on the ellipsis in the upper right corner of the browser:

Next, in the window that opens with hints, hover the cursor over “Additional tools” and then “Extensions” :

On the page with extensions, you should go to the very bottom and find the link “More extensions” . Follow it:

Now that you are in the Chrome Online Store, search for “ vk offline” and press Enter:

Various extensions will open in front of you, including the above-mentioned “VKfox” and “VKlife offline”.

How VKfox works
To download the VKfox extension and use VK offline, just click “install”

Next, a prompt will appear where you need to click the “install extension” .

After installing the extension, an active button in the form of a fox’s face will appear in the upper right corner, and the inscription “Activate the extension by clicking on this icon” :

A window will appear asking you to allow the extension the following list of actions. If you agree with everything, click “Allow”:

Now in the upper right corner you have an active button, by clicking on which you can follow the news, read messages and chat.

Rules for using VKfov, to be vk not online: you should not respond to messages. Otherwise, your status will immediately become ONLINE. So don't answer. Moreover, if you read a message, the person who wrote it will see that this message has not yet been read. Until you answer it.
How VKlife Offline works
Before you launch this extension, you must log out of your VKontakte account. After that, in the Google Chrome online store, select this extension, click on its name and click on the “Run” :

After launching and confirming your data, permission to account data, this extension will appear in the browser launch bar, and it will also be available on the computer itself as a program. It is more convenient to work with this extension from a program on a PC.
In this program you can correspond and sit on VK offline. However, this is not 100%. Some of my friends said that I was visible online when I responded to messages, others said that they couldn’t see me.
The extension probably doesn't guarantee "was online N minutes or hours ago" status when communication occurs. However, if you do not respond to a message, reading it will show the sender that the message has not yet been read.
Other extensions for using VK offline
There are a few more extensions you can try. I haven’t used them, since it’s simply impossible to try to use them all. But if you don’t like the work of some extension, try these:

Personally, my opinion about all extensions: since extensions somehow gain access to account information, it is not recommended to use them for a long time. I personally might have some glitches:
- Strange messages to friends on my behalf.
- The message is not sent at all.
- I'm starting to belong to groups that I never joined.
- Voting took place on my behalf in the polls.
- I made new friends that I didn't add.
- I was added to applications and games where I was not added either.
- I was online when I was not online.
- Any information was missing from the page.
- Sometimes the password for the page did not fit, so I had to change it.
Therefore, following from the experience of using different programs, applications, extensions, I can say that most of them in some way use the account to which they gain access. By the way, if you are interested, you can take a look. It all depends on the integrity of those programmers who develop these extensions. Therefore, I don’t have 100% trust in anyone.
How to use extensions safely
In the PROFIcomment magazine, I already wrote about how to safely use such extensions. But I will repeat again:
- The extension should be turned off after finishing working with it, that is, stopping working with the contact
- You should not use the extension for all accounts at the same time
- It is recommended to change the password after finishing working with the extension.
- It is recommended to set up double security when logging into your account by confirming it via a one-time password via SMS.
Guests tab
What can you do in this application? Here you can monitor the statistics of visits to your page. You will always see who visited you in the previous few hours or days. Now you can visit the page of the person who visited you. Since he visited your page, it means he is interested in it. This is the first tab in this application
This is what a person who visited your page today will look like. Firstly, the NEW label will appear in the left corner, and at the bottom, in red, it will be written, Today and the time when the person visited your page.
A quick way to see your guests on VKontakte
Users who frequently visit VKontakte can recognize several people who visit the account most often. These are the friends with whom you often communicate, exchange files, communicate through topics and groups on the social network. To implement this method, you will not need third-party clients, online services or applications.
You can do this in your account for free:
- Select “My Friends” from the site menu;
- Then click on the “All my friends” tab;
- In the list, the first few people are those who visit your profile most often.
The operation algorithms of the VK social network are configured in such a way that it is convenient for users to use its tools and work with different sections. The site “sees” with whom the page interacts most often and displays in the list of friends first of all those who will be useful. The list is not organized alphabetically or by where your friends live. The most interesting thing for the VKontakte portal is for the user to quickly find those who communicate with him more than others.
Despite this, the user can apply a filter to their friends list if necessary. It is located on the right side of the search tabs. There are no other official ways to find out the activity on your page.

How to make invisible in VK from a smartphone and tablet
To enable invisibility in VK from a smartphone or tablet, you can use the first method described for a PC. That is, go to personal messages through a mobile browser and remain inactive there for 15 minutes.

A convenient utility that allows you to become invisible in VK. Available for download on the App Store. In addition to gaining anonymity, here you can track the activity of friends and leave messages unread. Cons: You can't listen to music and there are no video calls.
Before you install external programs and enable invisibility, you need to check the availability of current functions and read reviews about the utility. VK developers are constantly improving the site, eliminating errors. They monitor the emergence of new ways to bypass status publication and block some features of external software. Because of this, many utilities become irrelevant over time because they can no longer provide the stated services.
Manual setting
I advise you to use this tab, here you can set up the audience that will visit your page. Here you can configure:
- Floor
- Age
- Country city
- Budget
Set the desired settings and move the Budget . On the right you will see how much it will cost (for example, 2 votes, 14 rubles). Below you will see the number of impressions for a given budget (330)
How to view guests on VKontakte from your phone
Guests of my VKontakte page are displayed if you log into your account from your phone. To do this, you also need to install an application or a visitor trap. You should not install too intrusive or dubious utilities. An effective way to see visitors is to download the Guest Trap app. For this:
- find the program, run it;
- when a window appears asking for access to your data, click “Allow”;
- copy the link in the “Settings” tab;
- place it in any visible place on the page (personal website, in a field, on a wall);
- caught visitors can be seen in the corresponding tab.
Photo show
Here you can add your photo, and it, along with other photos, will be shown to people who use this application. There are 3 tabs at the top (1):
- Earn coins
- Spend coins
- My shows
Earn coins – you can earn coins by viewing photos, to do this you need to click Next photo (2) . You can only view 25 photos at a time, next view after 16 hours. You can view 100 photos per day. Below there is a slider (3) that shows how many photos you have viewed.
Spend coins – here you can spend the coins you earn to promote some of your photos. My impressions – in this tab your impressions.
Method using Odnoklassniki
In accordance with the policy of VKontakte developers, if the user has not expressed a desire for others to know that he has visited your profile, you will not know.
We use applications of the system itself - My guests, Your guests, My fans and guests, Guests and friends and others
The downside is that not everyone clicks on the links. The advantage is that information about all users who visited the page becomes available.

You can sort the results by week, month, and for the entire time you used the application. The rating is simply shown in graphical format.
All about friends
This is where you see all your friends. You can sort them, for example:
- Visited recently
- Haven't been in for a long time
- Blocked
- Changes in friends
- Watch best friends
There is a search by friends.
For me this is perhaps the most important section. Here you can see who unfriended you. In this case, I find such people, go to their page and unfollow them. Some people want to gain more followers and therefore unfriend you. In this case, VK removes you from friends and transfers you to subscribers.
What these “cunning people” do is, using cheats (various services), they recruit a “bunch” of friends, and then easily remove you from your friends list, while you remain a subscriber. Therefore, I go to the Changes in Friends , and here I find such people and unsubscribe from them.
Account hacking
Hacking correspondence on VK is a last resort.
In the Russian Federation, such actions are considered illegal. Therefore, you need to think several times before taking such a step.
An easy way to find out who a person is communicating with on VK is to contact a professional hacker. There are people who specialize in hacking social media accounts. Some of these hackers turn out to be scammers, so there is a risk of losing money.
Hackers are able to obtain information about a person’s hidden friends and find out with whom he corresponds the most.

In this tab you will find all the information on the data that this application offers you.

There are 2 buttons at the bottom:

- Find out the registration date of your account
You can place these banners on your wall; for this there is a button under each banner.
Application “My friends (connections, guests)”
Like the previous one, this solution can be used to find out who has visited your profile. It's also completely free. You can launch the application from here:

After launch, you will be moved to the “Who visited?” menu tab, where you can view the list of visitors to your profile. Unfortunately, the functionality of this solution is also very limited - you will only see those guests who at least somehow checked in on your page - those who viewed photos, liked them, left any comments, and so on.
The most important difference between this solution and the previous one is the ability to obtain detailed visit statistics: this function will allow you to find out the total number of views of your profile and data on visits to individual sections, but not the personal data of visitors. In addition, this opportunity is available only to those who have a hundred or more subscribers.
How to get more guests to your page
The application has a small feature - the ability to install a trap link (see). If users click on it, you'll be able to see them in your guest list, and they'll receive an invitation to participate in using My Guests.
Let's try to configure it.
- Copy and paste your unique link into the “My Site” field
- Set your status to a unique message encouraging you to try the app
- Expect more visitors!
Now all the people who see this message (for example, in the news feed) will be your potential guests.
