What does a link to a page in VKontakte look like?

This is quite easy to figure out. All VKontakte hyperlinks can be divided into two options:

Anyone can do this. Below are two instructions - one is for a personal computer, and the second is for mobile phones.

How to watch on PC

1. Open your browser.
2. Log in to the VKontakte social networking site using your username and password.
3. To find out your link, go to the main profile screen and pay attention to the address bar of your Internet browser. There you will see a hyperlink leading to your page.
4. To copy it, left-click on it, select it and press the key combination CTRL+C. The URL will then be on your PC's clipboard.

5. In order to insert and send it to another person, for example a friend, go to messages and select the desired dialogue.
6. Place the cursor in the text field and use the keyboard shortcut CTRL+V .
7. Click on the "Submit" .

The link will become clickable automatically. You can also leave it in other places - comments, external resources and send it by email.

How to view on your phone

You can also view the URL of a page in VK through a smartphone using an Internet browser. To find it you need:

1. Log in using your VK username and password through a mobile browser and click on the three lines in the lower right corner.
2. Press tap on your first and last name. As a result, you will see a link to your account.

The same instructions work for communities and other people’s profiles. All you need to do is find the desired group or person’s profile in the list and press tap on it.

How to make (rename) a link in VKontakte

You cannot rename the numeric value of the profile - ID, since it indicates which account number you registered with. But you can set your own short profile address. For this:
