To open the cache, go to My Computer and copy the line corresponding to your browser in the address bar.

Don't be afraid to make mistakes and ruin something. There are no unrecoverable files in the cache. After the next launch, the browser will download what it needs again, even if you delete something.
In general, the cache is periodically cleared to free up space on the computer.
But in general, poking around in the cache is a thankless task and should be done only in case of emergency, because before you find the file you need, you will have to dig through a bunch of all sorts of garbage.
How to install VkSaver on a computer
