Each VKontakte user has been or is participating in some kind of conversation - a general chat for several people (up to 250 people can be in a VK conversation at the same time). And what often happens is that the user has left the conversation, hidden all messages, and then needs to return to the deleted conversation. Then the question arises - how to return a hidden or deleted conversation to VK? Is it even possible to restore correspondence in VK if you delete it?

How to start communicating again
If you've left a conversation but haven't deleted it from your message list, it's easy to join again. First, open the corresponding section in your profile.

If you want to reconnect in any conversation that you previously abandoned on your own, then perform the following operations on your mobile device:
- Open the official application from the VKontakte social network on your smartphone and go to a certain dialogue. Then, click once on the shortcut in the form of a circle with a stripe inside, which occupies the upper right corner of the page.
- Once you do this, a subsection will open with basic information about Internet chat. Just look for the column " Return to conversation» and click directly on it.

Via computer
To return to the Internet chat on the VKontakte resource via a PC or laptop, you will have to perform the following operations:

There is another link that allows you to open chats one at a time: https://vk.com/im?sel=c20, where the number after the Latin letter “c” is the serial number of the dialogue. The very first one from the moment of registration on VKontakte is designated “c1”, the last one can have any number, depending on your sociability. Of course, you will have to try to find the right conversation, but with a strong desire it is possible.
Helpful tip: create a new dialog and look at its number in the address bar of your browser. Then, starting from it, look for deleted correspondence.
Please note that when you rejoin a remote conference, you will not see old messages.
What to do if a conversation is deleted
It also happens that, having freaked out, you decided to delete the conversation, but first left it on your own. Perhaps you were offended by the words of one of the participants in the conversation, or you were bored with it, or you noticed the menacing look of your boss at work during correspondence. Returning to the group after voluntarily leaving it

If the group is associated with an officially registered organization or business, you can provide the appropriate documents to transfer the owner’s rights to yourself (your current page).
