A bot that will transfer voice messages to VK
Users of various social networks are increasingly using voice input. It is not always convenient for a person to type the text of his message; it is often much easier to press a button with a microphone and dictate his message. But it is not always possible to listen to what was sent by a friend. VKontakte has a solution to this problem - a bot that translates voice messages into text. We will talk about how to use it in this article.
We go into our account. Click on the magnifying glass icon located at the bottom of the screen.
Enter the phrase “voice messages” into the search bar.
At the very top is the group we need. Click on its name with your finger.
Once on the page of the community we need, click on the “Add to conversation” button.
In the new window, we need to tap on the “Add to conversation” line.
A page opens in which we will be presented with all the conversations that have been going on recently. Select the one you need by clicking on it with your finger. The conversation is marked with a tick
When the selection has been completed, all that remains is to tap on the checkmark located at the top of the screen on the right.
We can enter the add chats window again by clicking the “Add to Conversation” button. Select the already marked chat.
We find ourselves on the small settings page. Here we decide what access the bot will have to our correspondence. You can select the line "Mentions only" or "Full". I choose the second option.
There is also an “Exclude” button in this window. You can click this if you decide to remove the bot from the selected conversation.
Go to “Messages”. We see that at the very top of the chats there is a conversation to which the bot was added. Click on this dialogue. A dialog box opens with a notification that the account owner has invited “Bot Recognizer / Voice Messages to Text.”
Click on the microphone icon, which is located at the bottom of the screen, to enter a voice message.
A window pops up asking for permission to record audio using the VKontakte application. Click "Allow".
Another window appears, which requests VKontakte access to all files, multimedia and photos located on the mobile device. Click "Allow".
We dictate our message. Click on the “send” button. We see that an audio message was sent.
A message comes from the Bot, which says: “Recognition error.” This can happen if a person dictates his message too quickly or unclearly.
In the same message from the Bot, we are notified of how many audio recordings were recognized and sent in text mode. At the moment it is 1. Despite the fact that the expected result was not obtained.
Let's try again. We send a voice message. Following this, a message comes from the Bot, which deciphers the spoken word – “hello”. There is also information here that the program has already recognized two voice messages.
Now you know how to translate a voice message into VKontakte text. Remember that the Bot in question is only applicable for group conversations. It is not suitable for individual dialogues. Do not forget that you need to dictate legibly, otherwise the program will not recognize the text and will display a “recognition error.”
Viewing lyrics on Samsung TV
Set up the Apple Music app on your Samsung TV. Then open the Apple Music app and play the song.
If lyrics are available, they will automatically appear linked to the music so you can sing along as you listen.
- To jump to a specific verse or see where you are in the song, use the remote control.
